Welcome to the 'Get Back On Track' Affiliate Program. This is available to Allied Health Practitioners, including dietitians, nurses, psychologists and exercise physiologists, who work with bariatric patients. The Affiliate Program allows you to further support struggling bariatric patients with our 5-week 'Get Back On Track' online program and earn commission for your recommendations.
1. Sign Up
Join the 'Get Back On Track' Affiliate Program with other holistically-minded allied health practitioners who work specifically with Bariatric Patients. Choose whether you will receive your 50% commission or pass it on to your patients as a double-discount.
2. Recommend
Recommend our 'Get Back On Track' online program to struggling WLS patients via your sessions, website, and emails, and they will receive at least 50% discount when they purchase the program ($197 instead of $395).
3. Be Rewarded
Receive your 50% commission from every purchase of the 'Get Back On Track' program by your patients using your affiliate link. Alternatively, pass the additional discount to your patients so they pay $97 instead of $197.
What's in the 'Get Back On Track' Program?
The 'Get Back On Track' Program is a 5-week online program that is specifically aimed at supporting struggling bariatric patients. Designed and created by experienced Health and Mindset Coaches Amber Kay and Alex Shirley, we cover 5 key areas:
1. Goal Setting and Motivation
2. Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
3. Dealing with Emotional / Mindless Eating
4. Creating a Healthy Lifestyle
5. Building and Sustaining New Habits
The program is unlocked one week at a time over 5 weeks, with each week comprising an introduction, educational videos, reflection activities and downloadable resources.
Sample Content
Introduction videos, educational content and summary videos last between 10-30 minutes on average, with each unit requiring about 60-90 minutes to complete each week. There are also bonus resources available. Click below to access a sample video.
Bonus Resources
Patients receive access to a range of bonus resources including recorded webinars, downloadable audios (hypnoses, visualisations and guided meditations) and interviews with successful WLS patients. Click on the images below to access samples:
Online Forum Support
Patients also receive unlimited ongoing access to a private support forum. This is moderated by the Fresh Start team, and allows patients to connect with and receive support from our team of health coaches and other patients who are on the same journey.
