
Welcome! I'm so excited that you've joined the 'Mindless Eating Mastery' Challenge...
Here’s what you need to know to get the most out of the 5-Day challenge:
- Watch the Welcome Video above. It will explain how the challenge will work and what to expect. Your 5-Day Challenge will start in 2 days time and will be on 5 consecutive days (although you are welcome to spread it out beyond those days if that works better for you).
- What You'll Be Receiving. Tomorrow I'll be sending you your Challenge Resources - a Mindless Eating Checklist to assist you to become more aware of what kinds of non-hungry eating you do during the challenge, plus your Reflection Resource which is for all of your observations and your learnings, and what you notice. You'll also get access to you Relaxation Audios tomorrow. The day after tomorrow we start the challenge, so I’ll be sharing and sending a video of a strategy to use in the morning of Days 1-3 and on Days 4 and 5 I'll be sharing a different kind of video, especially on Day 5 when I’ll be taking you through a mindset reprogramming process, which I trust you’ll find really useful and valuable.
- Block out your diary. The strategy videos will be emailed to you at 6am AEST on Days 1-5 of your challenge. Ideally you'll be watching them as early in the day as possible so you can start applying that day's strategy straightaway (you don't have to watch them at 6am - that's just so that they're there if you're an early riser!). Schedule 10-15 minutes per morning to commit to watching the videos and planning, and then at least another 10-15 minutes later on to reflect.
- Put Some Time Aside Tomorrow To Prepare. You'll be receiving your Challenge Resources tomorrow morning, so putting aside some time (30 - 45 minutes to have a read and reflect, plus use one of your audios) will be a fabulous gift to yourself in readiness for the 5-Day Challenge.
- Use one of your Relaxation & Breathwork Audios every day. Aim to listen to your guided relaxation and breathing audio at least once starting tomorrow and every day of the 5-Day Challenge (the more times the better!). You have two different audio lengths to choose from depending on how much time you have, and they can be super effective for winding down before bedtime, and / or you can use it as a 'pause' button during your day to take some time for you. This element sounds super simple however it's really important, and blends with everything else I'll be sharing, teaching and giving to you.
