
Welcome to the 5-Day Challenge!
Welcome! I'm so excited that you've joined my 'Mindless Eating Mastery' 5-Day Challenge, and I'm really looking forward to getting to know you better and supporting you throughout our time together.
The challenge will run from 23-27 November, 2020.
I'll be sending you the link for your MEM Library and Facebook Group on Friday 20th, your pre-challenge resources on Sunday 22nd, and we'll be starting the challenge on Monday 23rd!
Here’s what you need to know to get the most out of the 5-Day challenge:
- Watch the Welcome Video above - it will explain how the challenge will work and what to expect;
- Join the Facebook Group and be active in it (I'll be sending you the joining link on Friday morning). This is where I'll be posting the videos for the main challenge content (I'll make sure everything is also sent out via email and saved in the MEM Library). It's also where you can get support, and share your reflections and celebrations. The more you engage, the more you'll learn and the more you'll get out of the 5 days;
- Block out your diary. The strategy videos will be shared on Facebook at 9.30am AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (and posted in the MEM Library shortly after) so ideally you'll want to be watching them as early as possible so you can start applying that day's strategy straightaway. Schedule 10-15 minutes per morning to commit to watching the videos and planning, and then another 10-15 minutes later on to reflect and share on Facebook;
- Use your relaxation audio every day. Aim to listen to your guided relaxation and breathing audio at least once on Sunday - Friday inclusive (the more times the better!). You have 2 different audio lengths to choose from depending on how much time you have, and they can be super effective for winding down before bedtime, and / or you can use it as a 'pause' button during your day to take some time for you. This element sounds super simple however it's really important, and blends with everything else I'll be sharing, teaching and giving to you.
