Training At Home
This video is designed to demonstrate how a resistance training session does not need to take a lot of time and does not need to take place in a gym.
A 20-minute session with a 'Suspension Trainer' can increase muscle strength and tone, boost your metabolism and improve your fitness and can be done at home or outside. There are hundreds of exercises that can be carried out using this piece of equipment and they can be adjusted to suit most fitness levels.
Remember to always check with a Medical Practitioner before starting any exercise program and work with an experience personal trainer/exercise physiologist to create a program that's right for your individual body.
