The Spiral - Client Agreement

Please read the following carefully. Your payment acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of the terms of service.

1.  I understand that 'The Spiral' is an emotionally transformational process and, as such, it is very likely that I will experience various emotions and sensations as a result. 
2.  I understand that my Spiral Practitioner will facilitate and provide support along the way but that, ultimately, I am responsible for my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and I will seek additional appropriate support if necessary.
3.  I understand that The Spiral is a form of complementary care, and is not a substitute for trauma therapy or the care of a licensed psychologist. If I have a significant trauma history or any mental health conditions, I agree to immediately disclose this to my Spiral Practitioner prior to commencing The Spiral, in order to ensure I am ready for the process and have adequate psychological care for my needs.
4.  If I am under the care of a psychologist, I agree to disclose my complementary care intentions to my psychologist. I also agree to disclose to my Spiral Practitioner that I am under the care of a psychologist. I understand this clear communication between all parties is in my best interests.
5.  I agree to disclose to my Spiral Practitioner any current or recent prior use (within 6 months) of prescription medication (including antidepressants), and/or recreational drugs, as these may affect my results.
6.  I understand that each 'level' of the process affects people differently and that the results of each clearing may take some time to become fully apparent to me.
7.  I understand that The Spiral is a seven-part process and that the results of this work may not become apparent until I have completed the entire process, or even months after the work has been completed and integrated.
8.  I understand that my purchase of this programme is a commitment to undertaking the entire journey and that stopping part way through is not advisable.
9.  I take full responsibility for the level of effectiveness of this programme. I acknowledge that clearing emotions may not by itself produce any noticeable changes in my behaviour and life circumstances unless I take appropriate action to integrate and support those shifts. My Spiral Practitioner will support me with suggestions for aiding the integration process, however whether I pursue these actions or not is entirely my own decision and responsibility.
10.  I understand that sessions take place in a non-judgemental safe space and that the content of our conversations and clearing work will be kept completely confidential.
11.  I agree to be responsible for booking and keeping my Spiral appointments, and for giving appropriate notice should I need to reschedule an appointment.
12.  I commit to paying for the programme in full (AUD $1,500) prior to our first session, or via a payment plan of a $300 deposit followed by 8 weekly payments of $150, to be completed within the 10-week program period.
13.  I give my Spiral Practitioner full permission to be honest and direct with me, and to hold me accountable, in order to help me get the results I seek.
14.  I agree to be honest with my Spiral Practitioner if at any time I become resentful, angry or upset with them personally. I understand that due to the nature of this work, emotional transference can occasionally occur, and my own triggers can be projected onto my Spiral Practitioner. I understand that this can be worked through with grace and compassion when I am honest at all times about how I feel.
15.  I understand that I have chosen to work with this Spiral Practitioner based on my trust in their ability and expertise. I acknowledge that the clearing process has been explained to me and I understand how the process works.
16.  As part of our partnership, I agree to provide a testimonial reflecting on my experience once I have completed The Spiral, to be used by Primalfit Pty Ltd and / or Begin Within Coaching for promotional purposes.
17.  I understand that regular contact between sessions, such as a text or voice note sharing shifts, wins or general progress, is an integral part of the support I receive, and I am welcome and encouraged to make use of this between our weekly sessions.
18.  I understand that I waive my right to make any claim of any kind whatsoever against Primalfit Pty Ltd or the Spiral Practitioner conducting The Spiral process, for any loss, claim or damage arising directly or indirectly from The Spiral experience I receive. I also agree to indemnify Primalfit Pty Ltd and the Spiral Practitioner against any cost, liability, loss, damage or claim suffered or brought against them arising out of, or in any way in connection with, my participation in The Spiral, howsoever that loss or damage is caused.
19.  I acknowledge that there are no refunds on The Spiral, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Spiral Practitioner. Once we begin the process, we both commit fully to completing it. The payment is part of the fair exchange we commit to.
