Payment and Coaching Contract

Please use the Subscribe button below to organise payment for your monthly Stay On Track Coaching sessions.  By making the payment you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you would prefer to set up a monthly direct debit payment, then please transfer the payment (using your name as the reference) to The Fresh Start Program's account (BSB: 313 140  Account: 12458088).

Terms and conditions

Fees: $115 per month for Fresh Start Members. $140 per month for non-members. (Prices include GST)

This fee purchases 1 x 45-minute private coaching session per month. 

Schedule: Each purchased session is to take place within a month of purchase.

Procedure: Phone Coaching – Coach makes the call at the agreed time. 

Payment: The Fresh Start Program requires payment in full in advance of each session.

Changes: Rescheduling or cancellations of coaching sessions must be done at least 24 hours (ideally at least 48 hours) in advance in order to avoid the affected session being considered used, where the Client is responsible for the rescheduling or cancellation. Exceptions will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Please treat your coaching session like any other very important appointment. Occasionally, the Coach may need to make a change to the appointment for exceptional circumstances, sickness or when needed to care for a family member. In this event, we will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible, and reschedule the session as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Subscription: You can cancel your paypal subscription or direct debit at any. Once you have paid for a session however, you commit to that session and there are no refunds for that payment, except in exceptional circumstances with the agreement of the Coach. Once the Coach and Client begin a process they both commit fully to completing the process. The payment is a part of the fair exchange that Coach and Client commits to. 

Your Package: Please feel free to email or call your Coach to share any insights or challenges you may experience.

Confidentiality: All information disclosed by the Client during the session is held with the strictest confidentiality. The Coach may share non-specific information with Coaching Supervisors, with complete anonymity, and only for the purposes of Clinical Supervision, ensuring a clean coaching relationship, training and development.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT:
  1. When disclosure is required to prevent clear & imminent danger to the Client and others.
  2. When legal requirements demand that confidentiality material be revealed.

Other Mental Health Care: The Client agrees to inform the Coach if they are under the care of any health care professional such as a therapist, psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist or related professional during the course of the coaching relationship. If the Client is receiving this medical treatment, the duty of care remains with the prescribing medical professional always. 

The Client must provide written permission from the medical practitioner stating their permission for the Client to attend coaching sessions as a complimentary form of assistance. The Client agrees to disclose to the Coach if they are receiving any prescribed drugs to assist with their mental health.

Coaching: The Client is aware that Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The Client enters into the Coaching with the full understanding that they are 100% responsible for creating their own desired results. If the Client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the Client will communicate that idea frankly and, together, Coach and Client can take action to return the power to the coaching relationship. The Client withdraws his or her right to make any claim of any kind whatsoever against The Fresh Start Program for any loss, claim or damage arising directly, or indirectly, from the Coaching he or she receives from The Fresh Start Program. The Client also agrees to indemnify The Fresh Start Program against any cost, liability, loss, damage or claim suffered or brought against The Fresh Start Program arising out of or in any way in connection with the Client’s participation in the Coaching, howsoever that loss or damage is caused.
