Emotional Clearing Overview
Emotional Clearing is a gentle and powerful modality that helps you shift emotions and beliefs that are stuck in your body and nervous system, and that are keeping you stuck.
It is not therapy, and it does not require you to relive or retell your story.
Instead, it helps your body release the emotional charge behind the issue, so you can move forward with more ease, confidence and clarity.
How Emotional Clearing Works
Emotional Clearing uses muscle testing (a tool derived from Kinesiology) over Zoom to gently access information and track, identify and then release emotional stressors from a your unconscious mind and body (with your permission).Â
When used with acupressure points and energetic meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it allows me to quickly and accurately locate the emotion that has been trapped in your body (sometimes for many years) and is behaving like an activator or stressor for you.
In a session, we identify the emotion or belief that is holding you back, and then guide your nervous system to release the charge associated with it.
You may notice that:
- the emotion shifts quickly;
- you feel lighter or calmer;
- you see the issue from a new perspective;
- you become open to new possibilities of thinking, feeling and behaving;
- you experience more ease in the area you’ve been struggling with.
Emotional Clearing is a very gentle and healing modality. You are likely to feel extremely calm and peaceful after your session, as well as feel very different about your original challenge!

What Emotional Clearing Can Help With
Emotional Clearing is for people who:

Types of Clears
Emotional Clearing can be used in different ways depending on what you want to focus on.
Examples include:Â

Clearing a specific emotion:
Such as fear, sadness, anxiety, anger, or overwhelm. -
Clearing your 'relationship' to a particular concept:
Such as “Relationships”, “Self-Trust” or “Food”. -
Clearing a belief or pattern:
Such as “I’m not good enough,” “I don’t deserve love,” or “I always fail.” -
Clearing a recurring trigger:
Such as food-related stress, relationship conflict, or self-sabotage. -
Clearing a physical or body-related issue:
Such as body tension / pain / discomfort (if there is an emotional element or cause), or food cravings. -

What Emotional Clearing Is Not
Emotional Clearing is not:

It is a tool that helps your body release emotional charge and supports you in moving forward.
