WHOA THERE!

Before you do anything else, I want to ask - Did you listen to at least ONE of the Relaxation & Breathwork audios yesterday? This part is SO IMPORTANT... If you didn't, go and listen to one of them now if you can, and schedule in / plan when you'll listen to at least one of them today (or perhaps you already have! Yay!)...

Day 4 - Feedback, Not Failure

Today the focus is on giving yourself permission to make mistakes and mess up, by letting go of any possibility that you can 'fail'. Failure is not an option, because it doesn't exist in this challenge. Instead, whatever doesn't work as well as we'd like is simply 'feedback' - information that we can use to get clear on what worked and what we might need to take into consideration and do differently next time. 

 

Remember:

1. Capture your reflections during the day in your Reflection Resource so you have a record in front of you and can spot the themes;

2. Put some time aside to listen to one of the Relaxation and Breathwork audios so that you're filling your self-care cup! Even if it's the last thing you do before bed, make sure it happens...
