Day 5
We're going to finish the challenge by going deeper, into your unconscious mind, which controls 90-97% of your thoughts, choices and behaviours. The biggest shifts happen when we create them at the unconscious level, so in today's audio I take you through a process that will resolve any internal, unconscious conflicts that may be getting in the way of you gaining true mastery over your mindless eating.
The past 4 days will have helped to reveal to you what that might be, and if you don't know then that's okay, because your unconscious mind knows already!
After you've listened and gone through the process, Day 5 is for integrating this change further and continuing to reflect on and notice the changes you've already created, as well as continuing to embed the strategies you've been using. Enjoy...
