Breaking 'Bad' Habits and Building 'Better' Ones

This Stay On Track Webinar is all about how to break old habits and build new healthy habits, that will help you to move towards the long-term results that you want after WLS.

Our habits underpin everything. We can have habits that hold us back, disempower us, negatively affect our health, and keep us stuck, and we can have habits that make us even more healthy, happy and inspired! 

This webinar looks at how to successfully break 'bad' habits, and how to successfully build (and stick to) better ones! This means that you'll be able to apply the science and strategies behind breaking disempowering and unhealthy habits, and building fantastic, positive and healthy habits, to any and every area of your life, especially your health!

We look at:

  • how habits are formed, and why it can take so long to see results sometimes;
  • how focusing on making small changes can have a better outcome than making big changes;
  • how to really let go of an unwanted habit, and really embed a desired habit, by using simple strategies; and
  • applying your new knowledge and strategies to a habit you want to break, and a habit you want to create so you've created change even before the session is finished!
